Please see individual product for the delivery cost.  

Our delivery costs include packaging and postage.

We offer FREE UK delivery for orders over £25.

We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of cleared payment.

We are unable to dispatch items on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

We use Royal Mail Delivery Service. Estimated Delivery Service for Royal Mail is 2-5 working days.

For orders over £15  we will usually use Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery Service. A signature will be required for this delivery service. When FREE UK DELIVERY is offered this will be via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery Service. 

For large orders we may use a Courier Service. We will confirm via email if this service is used for your order.   

its Just the Thing are unable to guarantee a specific delivery timescale. If you have not received your order within 15 working days then please contact us.

its Just the Thing  are not liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail.

Items will be sent to the delivery address given via PayPal . If you wish your items to be sent to an alternative address we will confirm this with you via email before your items are dispatched.

Once Payment has cleared you will receive email confirmation that your item has been dispatched.


Here at its Just the Thing we do our best to reuse and recycle. We therefore re use packaging and cardboard boxes when possible. 


Returns Policy 

What to do if you change your mind.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If for some reason your are not entirely satisfied, you may return your item. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. We will be happy to offer you an exchange where possible or a refund. 

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on Earrings. 

Before you return your item you will need to contact us via email at: itsjustthething@hotmail.com

Please do not post your item back to us until we have replied to your notification of return.  All items need to be received by its Just the Thing within 30 days. 

Items will need to be returned in their original condition and packaging, with any labels still attached. We ask that you include the returns slip attached to your invoice.

The return postage will be at the cost of the buyer and we recommend that you return your item using a “signed for” delivery service with a proof of purchase.

The original delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

its Just the Thing do not accept responsibility for postal losses or where a proof of postage has been requested but none provided.

An exchange or refund will be issued once we have received and checked the return item.

Damaged Item

We advise customers not to accept an item that looks damaged. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible, within 48hrs or receiving the item.

Faulty Item

All items are carefully checked before they are dispatched. If you find an item is faulty then please notify its Just the Thing within 7 days of receipt of your item. You may notify us by email at: justthething@hotmail.com

Please do not post the item back to us until we have replied to your notification of return. All items need to be received by its Just the Thing within 30 days.

A replacement will be offered where possible or a full refund given.

All refunds will be issued to the same PayPal account that was used to purchase the item.
